This residential building in Manhattan re-uses a former multilevel parking garage to create nine luxury residences with state of the art lighting. The use of LED lighting and integrated dimming control systems, offer low maintenance and energy efficiency. The lighting design uses the building architecture to enhance the spaces and leave a blank canvas for future owners to work with.
