LEED Platinum Certified

This 33-story residential tower includes 251 condominiums, as well as 40,000 sq ft of office space for the headquarters of the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy. The scheme for this project reflects the latest in green design, utilizing a creative combination of LED, fluorescent and metal halide technology in conjunction with daylight dimming ballasts, to achieve LEED Platinum status
