This 50,000 sqf new building in the Manhattan Soho area, houses God’s Love We Deliver, a foundation that prepares 5,000 meals each day and delivers them to New Yorkers with life-altering illnesses. The building includes spaces such a commercial kitchen, food storage areas, corporate offices and meeting rooms for volunteers and staff. This six-story building is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
The lighting design is efficient and effective. The exterior lighting for the roof gardens and terraces is fully compliant with light pollution reduction requirements.
